The 21,000 sq. ft. RHTC spans three floors. The ground floor includes outpatient departments, X-ray, ECG, lab, 24-hour pharmacy, minor OT, and wards. The first floor features a major OT, intern training, kitchen, dining, and lecture rooms. The second floor offers intern accommodations, recreation room, staff housing, and storage.

The center offers outreach services in Pediatrics, Gynecology & Obstetrics, and Ophthalmology to surrounding villages, along with regular Super Specialty services on designated days: Dermatology (Mon), Pulmonology (Wed), Psychiatry (Thu), and Orthopedics (Fri). It provides first aid for highway accidents, ensuring safe transfer to higher medical facilities. Built to MCI standards, the center offers a one-month, 24-hour internship program where interns gain hands-on experience in national health programs and research. In emergencies, patients are transported to MediCiti, Ghanpur, or another preferred facility free of charge.

RHTC serves as a vital emergency resource for institutions like BITS Pilani, CRPG RAF, ICICI Knowledge Park, and others. In recognition of MIMS’s community services, the Govinda Shanti Brinjrajka Trust donated nearly an acre of land to establish the Rural Health Training Center, aiming to serve the rural poor on a no-profit basis. Mr. Ramesh Brinjraj, a senior board member, played a key role in ensuring the success of this initiative through his selfless contribution.
